LexLaunch Pathways is a career intelligence platform, not a recruitment agency. We are not the hiring party for any role listed here. All information is published in good faith. Candidates bear sole responsibility for verifying eligibility requirements, application deadlines, and current vacancy status directly with each employer. Nothing on this page constitutes a representation that any position remains open.
Intelligence routes
Each route is a distinct cluster with salary data, employer maps, skill requirements and a readiness path calibrated to your LLB.
What these routes pay
How we list
Every employer and apply link is checked against the employer's own official site, and every card carries an honest status, including when a role is not open. We never scrape job boards.
Every route, role and readiness check is built for LLB holders, not for any degree or any career stage.
A listing tells you about one role. A route tells you about a whole career landscape: pay, employers, skills, and how your LLB fits.
Common questions
Honest answers, including the ones most careers platforms avoid.
No. Every role on LexLaunch Pathways is open to LLB holders at any career stage, whether you have never started articles, are currently completing them, or are an admitted attorney. These are independent career tracks that value your legal training specifically, not a fallback for those who could not secure articles.
Employers in compliance, legal tech, and alternative legal do not think in those terms. These teams include people who never pursued articles, people who completed articles and chose to move, and senior professionals who built entire careers without admission. What they hire for is legal reasoning, regulatory literacy, and analytical discipline. All of which your LLB confers directly.
The majority of roles listed are permanent positions or fixed-term contracts of 12 months or more, with explicit conversion pathways. Graduate programmes typically run 12 to 24 months. Contract type and duration are displayed on every card.
Watchlist means the employer and career path are verified and genuinely worth preparing for, but the specific role is not advertised right now. The button on a Watchlist card takes you to the employer's official careers portal, which may show different vacancies, or none. Use Watchlist cards to prepare in advance: register on the employer's portal, close your readiness gaps, and you will be first in line when the intake opens. Most of these intakes open once a year and close within weeks.
Particularly so. Admitted attorneys are often more attractive to employers in compliance, legal operations, and privacy roles than fresh graduates. Two to three years of practical legal experience, combined with admission, is a highly valued profile in these markets. Your experience translates directly.
Any role where your legal training provides a meaningful advantage over candidates from other disciplines, even if the word LLB does not appear in the job title. Compliance analysts read legislation. Legal operations specialists manage contracts and risk. Privacy officers apply POPIA and GDPR daily. These are not adjacent fields. They are legal work, operationalised.
