About this role

A structured 12-month programme rotating across Cognia's legal service lines: due diligence, legal operations, and technology-enabled legal delivery. Trainees work alongside senior associates and managers on real client matters, with mentorship and structured training throughout. Confirmed live and open for the 2027 intake on Cognia's own HiBob careers portal, hybrid working across South Africa.
