About this role
A live Legal Advisor role in TotalEnergies Renewables' South Africa legal team, based in Cape Town. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates the full range of project agreements (confidentiality agreements, JDAs, shareholders' agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, project finance agreements), supports tenders for renewable projects, and tracks South African IPP and renewable energy regulation.
