About this role
A role in TLT's Document Review and Collation team in Cape Town, a managed legal services centre that works as an extension of TLT and its clients' legal teams. The analyst's main work is company secretarial and corporate governance for TLT's Corporate team: statutory filings, company registers, incorporations, director appointments and resignations, and support on corporate transactions. With training, the analyst may also work on first-level reviews of data subject access requests, e-disclosure platforms such as Relativity, and court bundle preparation. The filing work follows UK company law. Closing 29 November 2026.
