About this role
A specialist advisory role in the Legal and Technical function at Simeka, Sanlam Corporate's employee benefits consultancy. The specialist advises consultants, retirement funds, boards of trustees, principal officers and employer clients on retirement fund and employee benefits matters, writes legal and technical opinions, tracks changes from the FSCA, National Treasury and the Pension Funds Adjudicator, drafts and amends fund rules, policies and agreements, trains trustees, and gives peer review on advice.
