About this role

A live Cape Town role at Morae, the technology-enabled legal services provider formerly known as Exigent. The Commercial Attorney negotiates, drafts, and reviews complex commercial agreements, with particular exposure to venture capital, start-up, investment, property, insurance, and financial services work, and goes beyond traditional drafting into project management, legal solution development, and technology-enabled initiatives.
