About this role
HSF Kramer's International Legal Development Programme (ILDP) is an 18-month structured programme inside the firm's Digital Legal Delivery team in Johannesburg. Legal Analysts do fee-earning work on live matters: document review, due diligence, and legal analysis, supported by classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job development. It is designed specifically for LLB (or LLM) graduates who have NOT completed articles; admitted attorneys are not eligible. Applications for the 2026 programme are closed; the programme runs annually: monitor the page for the next intake and prepare early. Selection: online application, technical test, then an assessment centre with a group case study and competency interview.
