Meeting the lines is the start. How clearly your file shows them is a separate question, and it is the work we do.
This is genuine in-house counsel work embedded inside one of the Big Four: supporting a General Counsel Office across an entire continent rather than one company. For an experienced admitted attorney who wants the variety of in-house commercial work at multinational scale without joining a single corporate legal team, this is a rare senior seat.
Review a fictional multi-country professional services framework agreement and identify the three clauses you would prioritise renegotiating to protect the firm, with your rationale for each.
