About this role
Owns and leads the regulatory compliance programme for the Tiger Brands Group as an individual contributor, reporting to the Group Company Secretary, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Director. The role sets the annual compliance risk management plans and monitoring programme, assesses new and amended legislation and prepares comments for regulators, deals day to day with regulators, strengthens the ethics framework, tracks licences and approvals, reports to the executive committee and board committees, and provides company secretarial support to governance structures.
