About this role
A senior in-house counsel seat inside Sanlam Investment Group's Alternative Investments arm (R150bn+ AUM across private equity, private debt, real estate, and infrastructure), providing strategic, commercial, and risk-based legal guidance across investment funds, private equity, and M&A transactions: structuring, negotiation, regulatory compliance, and governance.
