About this role

A company secretarial role in PwC's legal services team. The consultant is responsible for the statutory compliance of a wide variety of clients, works with audit teams and clients on statutory compliance health checks, and completes CIPC transactions such as director changes, registered office changes, annual returns, name changes and company formations. Reports to a manager and senior manager.
