About this role
An in-house commercial role in NTT DATA's Johannesburg legal team. The legal advisor gives practical legal and commercial advice across an allocated portfolio and runs matters from instruction to conclusion. That means drafting, reviewing and negotiating client, supplier, service, confidentiality and data processing agreements, supporting client bids, proposals and tender documents, managing disputes and external counsel, and working with the risk, compliance, privacy and regulatory teams.
