About this role

A Johannesburg role on global cybersecurity company Mimecast's Business Legal team, supporting all Mimecast regions. The work was high-volume commercial contracting: reviewing and negotiating customer, vendor and partner agreements, NDAs, DPAs (POPIA, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA) and HIPAA BAAs, supporting the deal desk, triaging the legal inbox, and maintaining templates. As at 6 August 2026, this requisition no longer appears on Mimecast's own Workday careers site (checked their full open-role list, not just the direct link): the role has been removed. The base salary range was published: R400k–R480k plus benefits.
