About this role
Oversees compliance, operational risk and fraud risk across Lesaka's Enterprise Division (EasyPay), reporting to the Head of Legal. The manager builds the compliance framework and regulatory universe, tracks SARB directives, PASA requirements and scheme rules, makes sure the regulated payment businesses meet National Payment System Act requirements, manages sponsoring bank due diligence, leads the response to SARB, PASA and bank inspections, keeps the licence register, and oversees fraud investigations.
