About this role

An in-house role in Dreamlab's group legal team, reporting to the Group General Counsel. Dreamlab is a portfolio of hospitality and entertainment businesses operating in the UK and globally. The counsel owns all real estate matters for the group: new sites, leases and licences, lease renewals, rent reviews, break options, assignments, dilapidations, service charge disputes and landlord and tenant issues, and instructs external counsel. The posting says this is a commercial leasehold role, not conveyancing and not Deeds Office work.
