About this role
An in-house legal role for Cipla's One Africa businesses, reporting to the Head of Legal, One Africa. The counsel gives legal support and advice across finance, commercial, marketing, regulatory, medical services, HR, corporate governance and the Cipla Foundation, helps manage disputes and litigation and external counsel, drafts and reviews contracts for every business area (including master agreements for recurring business models), and keeps the legal records and repository.
